Eric has a wealth of experience in operations management as well as project management. He was trained as Lean Expert (Lean Operating Excellence) and has a thorough understanding of the concepts and tools of Lean Manufacturing. During his career, he has led several multidisciplinary teams. He also directed and / or participated in several improved productivity, profitability and quality projects.  

His sense of observation and analysis combined with its dynamism and leadership helped him to obtain large-scale success. He has worked over 20 years in various fields and held several management positions in companies such as Cascades, Xstrata, Bombardier Aerospace and several SMEs.  

Today, as advisor at Bell Nordic, he uses his skills and experience to help its clients grow and achieve their goals. As a consultant, he has completed several improvement projects in the manufacturing and services areas.

Le Cinq-s est une méthode très populaire et efficace pour augmenter l’efficacité d’un chantier et réduire les accidents de travail car chaque chose a sa place et chaque chose retourne à sa place dans un environnement propre et sécuritaire. Les principes du cinq-s seront présentés en photos tirées de différents chantiers de construction civils et bâtiments. Les principes de la méthode 5S sont : Sélectionner, Situer, Scintiller, Standardiser et Suivre.
