Lean Manager, PCL Constructors Canada Inc.
After 25 years leading continuous improvement efforts in manufacturing, Paul Frolick joined PCL Constructors Canada Inc. in 2017, and has been re-energized by the challenge of applying lean thinking to deliver more value with less waste in the construction industry. Prior to joining PCL, Paul had roles in industrial engineering, operations management, quality and Lean leadership. Paul has a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and extensive experience delivering training and facilitating a wide range of Kaizen events and improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma concepts and tools. Paul graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a Masters of Business Administration and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
