Dave Crowe joined PCL in 2005 and brings 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He is currently completing the $28-million Nursing Population Health Building for Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, B.C., through an Integrated Project Team. The project is targeting LEED Gold certification and is using Pull Planning, The Last Planner System (LPS) and 5S organization. Dave manages all aspects of field construction. From the outset, he is involved with the construction plan, including construction methods, site logistics and schedule. Dave brings a passion for developing collaborative teams, using Lean tools to deliver best value and eliminate waste on his projects. He co-presented at LCI-C 2016 in Calgary on LPS.
