David MacKay works with organizations and project teams across Canada and the U.S. to implement and practice Lean thinking and methods. Before starting his own consulting company, he worked with PCL Construction developing and leading Lean training and implementation in California and around North America. He has 29 years of industry experience working on a wide variety of projects, primarily planning and scheduling. David co-facilitated the Advanced Lean Boot Camp at the 2nd and 3rd LCI-C conferences and has presented at several LCI conferences in Canada and the U.S. David holds a Certificate of Management for Lean and is a core member of the LA/OC LCI Community of Practice.
