Design Manager- IPD at Graham Construction
Neal Panchuk’s varied expertise has been amassed through his years as an architect in the role of project manager for commercial, institutional, infrastructure and residential work. His transition into the role of design manager for the construction side of the industry in 2013 has allowed for development of a unique understanding of the importance of team alignment in successful lean and IPD projects.
Having completed validated designs on three IPD projects with two now fully complete, Neal also leads the LCI-C CoP for the Toronto (GTA) chapter in addition to speaking regularly at industry events and client sessions throughout Canada.

Building a team that can provide effective Lean design and construction services is a balance of implementing continuous improvement while utilizing resources with evolving levels of knowledge and experience.
