Project Manager, Graham
With over a decade of experience handling multiple special projects, Robert Piti was brought in as Graham’s project manager for the Town of Oakville’s Trafalgar Park Revitalization IPD.
As a newcomer to lean and IPD, Robert was able to learn the tools and processes of a Lean delivery model, such as last planner system and the collaboration required of an IPD team, all while successfully leading the onsite team. He was able to motivate the team to recover time lost from numerous weather-related delays and ultimately deliver the project for opening day as originally scheduled.
Since completion of the TPR project, Robert has started his second Lean IPD where he is now teaching the team to utilize lean tools such as 5S, spaghetti diagrams, last planner system and the 6 weeks lookahead planning.
